THE VILLAGES, FL — A scary sight in The Villages, where a sinkhole opened under a woman’s home.
The sinkhole located under a home on the 1300 block of Abercrombie way.
The home is now surrounded by yellow tape, and it’s still unclear what caused the sinkhole.
Residents told Channel 9 Eyewitness News the homeowner found the hole when she walked outside to get her newspaper.
