OUC provides help for customers struggling financially

Orlando, Florida — If you are an OUC customer, and have been affected financially by the pandemic, there is help available to you. Earlier this year, OUC’s Board of Commissioners approved $2.6 million to go toward Project CARE-the utility’s bill payment assistance fund. Since April, almost 24,000 customers have been helped through payment options and financial assistance. However, there is about $1.5 million is still available in the fund.
