NASA has announced MAX POWER, a new aerospace expo and air show coming to Kennedy Space Center on November 7-8.
The family-friendly event is being held in honor of America’s 250th anniversary and will showcase next-generation aircraft, spacecraft, autonomous vehicles, and emerging transportation technologies. NASA says the event will bring together astronauts, engineers, pilots, innovators, and aerospace companies to highlight the future of air and space travel.
The event will feature an air show with NASA aircraft and the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, guest appearances by NASA experts and astronauts, technology demonstrations, aerospace exhibits, and behind-the-scenes tours of Kennedy Space Center facilities, including the Vehicle Assembly Building and Apollo Saturn V Center. NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman called MAX POWER “America’s newest and most exciting aerospace technology expo and airshow,” saying the event will celebrate the nation’s history of innovation while inspiring the next generation of explorers and builders.
