Missing Orlando mother and 5-year-old son found safe, deputies say

ORLANDO, Fla. — An Orlando mother and her 5-year-old son who were reported missing earlier this week have been found safe and in good health, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

In an update Wednesday morning, deputies confirmed that Christina Fellows and her son, Josef De Leon Fellows, had been located.

The sheriff’s office thanked community members who shared the missing-person alert and helped spread the word.

“We are grateful for the community’s support in helping bring her home,” the agency said in its update.

According to the original alert released Tuesday, Christina Fellows and Josef had not been seen since Oct. 5, 2026. Family members had expressed concern for their well-being.

They were last seen at a residence near Hibiscus Road and Semoran Boulevard in Orlando, according to deputies.

The sheriff’s office initially asked anyone who had seen the pair or had information about their whereabouts to call 911.

The agency has not released additional details about where they were found.
