Marion County deputies help search for man accused of shooting at 4 Levy County deputies

LEVY COUNTY, Fla. — Marion County deputies are helping search for a man accused of shooting at Levy County deputies.

Deputies are searching for Adam Scott, 39, outside of the Williston area, which is just 30 minutes from Ocala.

Investigators said Scott shot at four Levy County deputies while they were responding to a domestic disturbance call on Thursday night.

Levy County deputies said they are using tracking dogs and a helicopter to search for Scott.

Scott was last seen wearing dark long pants and a gray T-shirt.

He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees any suspicious people in the area should call 911.
