ORLANDO, Fla. — A small taste of fall is arriving just in time for the weekend, with cooler temperatures, lower humidity and a refreshing breeze expected across the area.
Temperatures started out in the 60s and 70s Friday morning, with afternoon highs expected to climb into the 70s and low 80s.
Northerly to northeasterly winds will remain breezy at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts reaching 20 to 25 mph.
The breezy conditions will continue to create dangerous conditions along local beaches.
A Coastal Flood Advisory is set to expire at 11 a.m. Friday, while a High Surf Advisory remains in effect through early Saturday.
A Small Craft Advisory is also in effect through early Sunday morning.
For those with weekend plans, the forecast is looking pleasant overall.
Cool mornings and evenings will bring temperatures down into the 60s, while afternoons will warm into the 70s and 80s.
Low humidity will add to the comfortable feel, making this a refreshing change as we get a small preview of fall.
