, Fla. — Cinemark is bringing back its “Bring Your Own Bucket” popcorn event following what the theater chain described as an enthusiastic response to its National Popcorn Day promotion in January.
On Sunday, Sept. 6, customers can bring a creative, clean container to participating Cinemark theaters and fill it with up to 400 ounces of popcorn for $5.
A movie ticket is not required to participate.
The promotion will be available for one day only. Guests can find participating theaters and showtimes on Cinemark’s website or through the Cinemark app.
