Calling all Disney fanatics and Star Wars fans - Disney is holding open auditions for Galaxy’s Edge!
They are looking for “Gatherers” to work inside a covert workshop at Black Spire Outpost.
Gatherers there will act as experts in the art of designing and building lightsabers - likely in Savi's Workshop.
According to the audition call, Gatherers are "warm and inviting; capable of leading a structured interactive experience. Gatherers have dedicated their lives to restoring balance in the galaxy […] Though slightly quirky and mysterious, the Gatherer is always personable and humorous."
Attractions Magazine surmises the role would be much like that of the helpers in Ollivander's wand shop in Universal Orlando's Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
