UPDATE: A problem with the an upper payload environmental control system flow rate reduction has forced United Launch Alliance to postpone the NROL101 mission to Wednesday, November 4.

United Launch Alliance is planning to light the Space Coast sky on Election Day.
ULA announced it is targeting Nov. 3 for an attempted launch of an Atlas V rocket.
The launch window opens at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station at 5:58 p.m. and stays open until 8:10 p.m.
The rocket is set to carry a classified satellite into orbit for the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office.
Next in line is the Commercial Crew SpaceX Falcon 9 Crew-1.
The launch is now set for November 14, at 7:49 PM ET.
