A Lakeland man wanted to get a rise out of people with a prank video of him eating pancakes in the middle of the road, but now he’s facing charges for the stunt.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, 21 year-old Kiaron Thomas is being charged for obstructing a roadway and disrupting traffic flow.
Thomas told ivnestigators later it was a prank and he lives right by the intersection of Memorial Boulevard and Brunnel Parkway in Lakeland.

Officers didn’t arrive on scene to find Thomas but later saw the video. He now has a court date scheduled for April 25.
