Remote forest cameras snap picture of rarest mammals in North America

Motions sensitive cameras have captured images of one of the rarest animals in North America.

Wildlife biologists in California say they have finally captured images of the elusive Sierra Nevada red fox.

Yosemite National park rangers say its the first confirmed sighting in more than 100 years.

Park biologists say they will continue trying to track the fox with remote cameras.

According to the National Park Service, there are fewer than 50 of the mammals left in North America.
