Orlando, FL — Ramsey Keith Moore was arrested Tuesday night after he attempted to stab a police officer with a syringe.
Police were gathered with a crowd of protesters at Robinson Street and Rosalind Avenue in downtown Orlando when Moore attacked.
The 29-year-old now sits in the Orange County Jail charged with attempted aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon.
His bond is set a $5,000.
