The Federal Aviation Administration is trying to find out how three people were able to fire a fully automatic submachine gun out of an airplane window over the Gulf of Mexico.
YouTube star “Do It With Dan” posted the video that shows him and two others firing an MP5 submachine gun over the Gulf waters between Clearwater and Tarpon Springs.
The group verbally questions the legality of their decision before taking off from Tampa’s Peter O. Knight airport.
Tampa Police allowed the group to take flight and fire the shots because no one complained about it and no one was at risk, according to a spokesperson.
