Orlando, Fla. — In the last seven days, the Orlando Police exposed three suspected drug dealing operations and seized enough fentanyl to kill a large neighborhood.
OPD’s Special Enforcement Division’s Overdose Investigative Unit arrested five people during three separate takedowns.
In all, police say they confiscated two grams of fentanyl, 24 grams of cocaine, seven grams of methamphetamine, two grams of MDMA, 194 Xanax pills, 36 grams of marijuana and $2,727 in cash.
Orlando Police say they found the cash, 10 grams of cocaine, seven grams of crystal meth and 23 grams of marijuana.
On March 30, 30-year-old Raymond Hudson and 23-year-old Denzel Josephs were arrested by undercover officers.
The next day, officers arrested 41-year-old Michael Ortiz and 32-year-old Katrina Beal during an undercover drug deal.
Police reportedly seized a gram of fentanyl and a gram of cocaine.
On April 1, officers performed another undercover drug transaction to purchase MDMA and heroin from 44-year-old Ulyses Delgado.
A search of his vehicle rendered one gram of fentanyl , two grams of MDMA, 194 alprazolam bars and 13 grams of marijuana.
