Yes, you are seeing pink!
Local firefighters have joined this free event by hosting fitness challenge games for children and adults, selling pink T-shirts and collecting donations, with proceeds to benefit MD Anderson - Orlando.
Firefighters sport pink and invite others to wear pink throughout October which is breast cancer awareness month, to show support in the fight against cancer.
"The pink fire trucks are always a huge hit with our patients and staff and once again we had a wonderful turnout to support cancer awareness and those here in Central Florida battling the disease," said Dr. Mark Roh, President, MD Anderson – Orlando.
“We travel the country to bring love and support to women and their families battling cancer. We are truly honored to be able to visit the amazing patients and staff at Orlando Health, and help in their mission of fighting cancer,” said Dave Graybill, Founder, Pink Heals Tour.
