OAK HILL, Fla. — A teacher and coach at Burns Science and Technology Charter School in Oak Hill was arrested over the weekend after witnesses reported seeing him naked in the doorway of his Titusville home and allegedly touching himself, according to a police report.
Justin Samson was arrested Saturday and charged with exposure of sexual organs.
According to an arrest affidavit, a witness recorded the incident on a cellphone and contacted law enforcement seeking to pursue charges.
Police say officers also observed Samson nude
The affidavit states that responding officers later saw Samson open the door of his residence while completely nude.
When officers attempted to obtain a statement from him, Samson allegedly closed the door and did not return outside despite multiple announcements from law enforcement, according to the report.
