Orlando, Fla. — The family of a 19 year old who disappeared last month and was later found dead files a lawsuit against the apartment complex where she was reported missing from.
On Monday, the Marcano family’s lawsuit against the Arden Villas apartment complex states that the complex “owed a nondelegable duty to its residents and invitees, to exercise reasonable and ordinary care to maintain the Arden Villas, in a condition reasonably safe to use by its residents and invitees.”
The lawsuit seeks finances for damages in excess of $30,000.
