Missing mom's twins spotted back in town; Grandparents denied visitation

The grandparents of missing mother Michelle Parker were excited to learn this week that her children were back in Central Florida, but  requests to see the 6-year-olds, a boy and girl ,were "flatly denied" by the father, Dale Smith Jr., they said.

While Parker's parents feel Smith is responsible for her disappearance, they have also been trying to spend family time with the kids, who live with their father in Tennessee.

Parker vanished on Nov. 17 , 2011. The next day her Hummer was found parked in Orlando.

A reward for her return was once set at $50,000, but has since expired.

The Orlando Police Department considers Smith a person of interest, but no charges were ever filed.

This week, a photo was taken of Smith, his father and the twins waiting at a SunRail stop in Maitland.

Here is part of an email we received from the missing woman's father and stepmother:

"THE TWINS' OLDER BROTHER, 14 year old Austin who was 11 when he was separated by his then 3 year old siblings (now 6 years old), has not been allowed any contact to the twins by Dale Smith Jr, AT ALL since  a short time after Michelle went missing. While the twins have been living in Tennessee with Dale Jr, Austin has been living with his Dad and Family in Pennsylvania.  Austin's  contact with Michelle's family is good and open.  NOW IT'S TIME FOR DALE JR TO LET THE SIBLINGS RE-UNITE while all are in ORLANDO!  What decent human being would not allow that from occurring?"

Parker vanished after an episode of "The People's Court" with her and her ex-fiance Smith aired on television. The couple was fighting over a $5,000 engagement ring that was lost after Parker threw it at Smith in anger.

During the taped program, Parker claimed that Smith has a drug and alcohol problem and had been violent with her in the past.
