Fox News Channel's Megyn Kelly had a heated exchanged on her show last night with Newt Gingrich when the former House speaker and Donald Trump supporter got upset with Kelly when she brought up the Access Hollywood video on which Trump is heard talking about kissing and groping women, as well as the women who've since accused the GOP nominee of that behavior.
When Kelly brought up the tape and the allegations, she began by saying, "If Trump is a sexual predator...." and Gingrich jumped in, declaring: "He's not a sexual predator! You can't defend that statement!"
Kelly said she wasn't taking a position and doesn't know if the charges are true, but Gingrich continued, saying, "I'm sick and tired of people like you using language that's inflammatory. That's not true."
As Kelly held her ground, Gingrich accused, "Go back through the tapes of your show recently, you are fascinated by sex. You don't care about public policy."
Kelly retorted that the only thing she is fascinated by is the, quote, "protection of women and understanding what we're getting in the Oval Office, and I think the American voters would like to know."
Gingrich then went into saying that if Hillary Clinton wins, Bill Clinton will be back in the White House and demanded that Kelly say the words, "Bill Clinton sexual predator."
Kelly fired back that they had reported on Bill Clinton and the accusations against him, but that he's not running for office. Kelly ended the segment by saying: "We're going to leave it at that, and you can take your anger issues and spend some time working on them."
