Man arrested for murder in Kissimmee headless body case

Kissimmee police charged a man with murder in the case of a headless body found outside on the road.

Back on March 14, a man’s decapitated body was found outside an auto repair business in Kissimmee near the intersection of Old Dixie Highway and East Donegan Avenue.  Shortly afterward, Crimeline offered a $5,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest.

Kissimmee Police charged Angel Luis Olmeda-River, 44, with murder.  He was already in the Osceola County Jail on burglary charges.

Detectives said they now want to talk to two men seen briefling interacting with Olmeda-Rivera around the time of the homicide.  Right now they’re calling them witnesses.

Anyone who recognizes these two men should call Kissimmee Police at 407-846-3333, email seeitsayit@kissimmee.org or contact Crimeline anonymously at 1-800-423-TIPS.
