High school students protest ban on yoga pants

High school students in Rockport, Massachusetts, are speaking out against a dress code that bans students from wearing yoga pants and leggings, with some parents also agreeing it goes too far.

Twenty female students protested by wearing the pants last week, which led Rockport High School to send them home to change.

The school says the tight pants are distracting, but senior Aidan Wright told a local TV station, "I don't appreciate having to be responsible for a boy paying attention or even being told that it's my responsibility to not distract someone with my body. I don't like being objectified in that way."
