During a Wednesday meeting of the Florida Cabinet, Governor Rick Scott and cabinet members celebrated Hanukkah.
Governor Scott said in a release: “Ann and I would like to wish Florida’s Jewish community a happy Hanukkah filled with family and loved ones. Earlier this month, we had the opportunity to visit Israel and experience some of the rich traditions and history of the Jewish community first-hand. During this holiday, let us all reflect on the many blessings we had this year and on the importance of tradition and family. Happy Hanukkah!”
