LONGWOOD, Fla. — Large black bears are actually fairly common in Seminole County, but this one was apparently hungry enough to look for snacks in a garage refrigerator.
Brad Tamm recorded video of the bear as it poked around his garage in Longwood.
The animal spent a few moments searching through the fridge before Tamm opened a door and yelled at it. The video then shows the bear saunter away to the neighbor’s house.

“Get out of here! Holy s---, that is a big bear.” Tamm can be heard yelling on the video.
The homeowner has lived at the same home for more than a decade, but told Fox 35 he had never seen a bear that large.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission recommends keeping the garage door closed to avoid encounters with black bears.
