ORLANDO, Fla. — Central Florida will be warm and breezy again on Thursday.

Our area will also see the best chance for scattered showers and storms that we’ve had all week.

Daytime highs on Thursday will reach the upper 70s and low 80s, with winds around 5 to 15 mph, and gusts near 20 mph.

Rain and storms are likely for much of Central Florida on Thursday afternoon and evening.

A few isolated storms may become strong with wind gust 40 to 50 mph and small hail.

On Friday and into the weekend, temperatures will continue to warm with afternoon highs in the mid to upper 80s.

Scattered showers will also be possible throughout the weekend.

Another front will move through early next week. Good rain chances and a cool down will come with it.
