NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FLORIDA — Authorities say a body was discovered offshore in New Smyrna Beach on Thursday morning.
It's not known if it's the body of 8-year-old Hezekiah Hill, who went missing on Saturday after being pulled into strong currents. The boy was playing in the surf when he was carried away. His 11-year-old sister tried to save him but had to be rescued after being pulled under.
