Catrina was nominated by her husband, Shane Collins, who said “Catrina Cruger. She is a Correctional Officer and spends 12-16 hours per shift away from her two children. She potentially goes into harms way every time she enters the fence armed with nothing more than a can of OC spray and her hands.”
