Republican Senator Lindsey Graham was met with hostility on Friday at Reagan National Airport in Arlington, Virginia.
Videos posted on Twitter show multiple people yelling at him in the airport terminal while police officers protect him.
“Lindsey Graham you are a traitor to the country,” one woman is heard yelling. “You know it was rigged! Audit the vote!”

Another video shows many people chanting “Traitor! Traitor!” as Graham as escorted out of the terminal.

According to Politico, the identities of the people shouting at Graham are unknown for now, and it’s unclear if they attended President Trump’s rally on Capitol Hill on Wednesday.
On Wednesday night, Sen. Graham broke with President Trump’s attempts to overturn the November election, saying: ““From my point of view, he’s been a consequential president. But today, first thing you’ll see. All I can say is, count me out. Enough is enough. I’ve tried to be helpful.”
