Cape Canaveral, Fla. — They say “third time’s a charm”, which is SpaceX is hoping for with their now planned Falcon 9 rocket launch Sunday morning.
Due to unfavorable weather, we are standing down from today's launch; the team will continue with the countdown until T-30 seconds for data collection. Another launch attempt is available tomorrow, January 24 with a 22-minute window opening at 10:00 a.m. EST

The Transporter-1 mission was originally scheduled to take off on Friday, but then it was pushed back to Saturday, and unfortunately, due to poor weather conditions, it had to be pushed back yet again.
The ride-share mission, once successful, will launch a record number of satellites(143 to be exact) from dozens of companies, including NASA and Spire, along with 10 more Starlink satellites. These 10 Starlink satellites will be the first to be launched into a polar orbit, meaning it will pass above or near both poles of the Earth.
Sunday’s launch window begins at 10 a.m. EST. Be sure to tune into WDBO on launch day for live team coverage.
