Universal Orlando will no longer require face masks indoors for fully vaccinated guests

Orlando, Fla. — Universal Orlando Resort announced Friday that it will no longer require face coverings for fully vaccinated guests beginning Saturday, May 29, 2021.

This change in policy comes two weeks after the last update that vaccinated guests would no longer have to wear masks outdoors as of May 15.

“While we will not require proof of vaccination, we do expect our guests to comply with this revised policy and to use face coverings if they have not been vaccinated,” park officials said in a statement.

Park officials said the changes are based on the recent guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
