Reward up to $10k in cold case homicide

 

Orlando police want to solve the death of Allen McPherson who was shot and killed while working as a security officer. He was patrolling Sabal Palms at Metro West II Apartments on October 20, 2012 when he was gunned down.

Detectives say McPherson was found near his security patrol vehicle which was parked at the Care Car Garage on the east side of the complex at 6101 Raleigh St.

McPherson was recognized as being dedicated to his work and took seriously his duty to keep residents safe. He is survived by his wife of 25 years and a son.

Detectives need the communities help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible or witnesses who may have information on the homicide.
