How to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Central Florida

If you still are looking for something to do, the region has lots of events happening to welcome the new year.

Walt Disney World

Ring in 2023 with a little bit of Disney magic. There will be special food offerings throughout the resort and fireworks at select parks. Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Hollywood Studios will all be open late, with Magic Kingdom hosting its special “Fantasy in the Sky” fireworks show and EPCOT hosting Harmonious.

SeaWorld

Ring in New Year’s Eve at SeaWorld, with fireworks and special fireworks viewing locations. Click here for more information.

Universal Orlando Resort

Universal Studios and CityWalk will have extended hours, until 1 a.m., on Saturday for New Year’s Eve.

The Edison

New Year’s Eve at The Edison begins Saturday at 8:30 p.m. There will be lavish food and drink, a spectacular show and more. Tickets start at $55 and can be purchased here.

ICEBAR

ICEBAR Orlando will host New Year’s Eve Around the World beginning at 7 p.m. Saturday. VIP packages are sold out, but general admission and ice packages are still available. Click here for more information.

Orlando Museum of Art

For the first time since 2019, the Orlando Museum of Art is bringing back its premier New Year’s Eve event, featuring fireworks, an open bar, food, live music and more. Click here for more information.

Le Cirque: New Year’s Eve at Grand Bohemian Orlando

You can ring in 2023 in style while being transported to 1940s Paris at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in downtown Orlando. The event starts at 7 p.m. Click here for more information.

Lake Nona Wave Hotel

Lake Nona Wave Hotel will host Sip, Sparkle, and Celebrate at the Lake Nona Wave Hotel beginning at 5 p.m. Click here for details.

Crayola Experience

For the little ones who want to stay up past their bedtime, children and families can engage in colorful activities at the Crayola Experience’s Jazzberry Jammin’ New Year’s Eve party.

Saturday’s activities will include new year’s coloring pages, customizing a Jazzberry Jam crayon and confetti countdown.
