Georgia mom arrested after found with guns and weed at Epcot

Orlando, Fla. — Orange County deputies say they arrested a mother from Georgia who was visiting Epcot with her kids after she was caught with two loaded guns and a small bag of marijuana in the child's diaper bag.

According to the arrest report, on July 18, security at Epcot found that 27 year old Yunique Smith was trying to enter the park's back entrance along with an adult man and two children. Once they were escorted to a secure room, an Orange County deputy opened the diaper bag and found the first loaded handgun "in plain view" as well as a plastic bag that had what appeared to be marijuana.

After the male asked to change the child's diaper, deputies did another search and found another loaded handgun in the bottom.

Smith admitted to owning everything, but neither she nor the male had any concealed weapons permits. Smith faces misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed firearm and possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis.
