Disney puts College program apartment complex up for sale

Orlando, Fla. — One of the most popular apartment complexes known amongst Disney cast members formerly on the College Program is now up for sale.

According to the Orlando Business Journal, Disney is selling the 468 unit Vista Way complex located at 13501 Meadow Creek Drive. Vista Way has since been empty after those who were living there have been moved into the Flamingo Crossings Village apartments, which opened last December.

The property which was first built between 1988 and 1990 has two resort type pools, clubhouses, as well as a fitness center. The value of the property was marked at $63.1 million in 2020.

There has been no official word from Disney as to how this decision will impact the College program if or when they decide to bring it back.
