Orlando, FL —
Those looking to eat at an Orlando Denny’s restaurant Wednesday morning will have to go somewhere else.
Orlando police are investigating a fatal shooting outside of the Denny’s on 440 South Semoran Boulevard. Investigators say it apparently started with a fight at the restaurant and ended with a man dead in the parking lot.
“I’d probably estimate him in his late 20s,” Orlando Police Lt. Arthur Eld said. “Once the medical examiner removes the victim, they’ll be able to open the restaurant back up.”
Investigators say the two men with the gun fled the scene in a white car. Police later found the suspects at Hoffner Avenue and Commander Place and are questioning them.
Charges are pending.
